cabbage and carrots salad

Ingredients
2 cups finaly chopped cabbage1 cup grated garrots0.3 cup fresh lemon juice2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tsp salt (optional)
Directions
Wash the cabbage, clean off the outer leaves, cut in half, and remove the stem. Slice the cabbage as thinly as possible, cutting enough to fill 2 cups.
Grate the carrots and add them to the sald.Salt the salad well, set aside, and let the salad rest.
Immediately before serving, add lemon juice and olive oil. Taste to find the right balance between the lemon and olive oil.
Serve in a large salad bowl.
