Homemade Chili

Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef, very lean2 (15 oz) cans kidney beans1 (46 oz) can tomato juice2 tbsp. chili powder1/8 tsp garlic powder1 lg onion, chopped
Directions
brown ground beef and onions
add chili powder and garlic powder
stir in kidney beans and tomato juice
bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer and cover
let simmer at least 15 minutes or until ready to eat
