Ingredients
Boil Broth, Minced Garlic, salt and pepper if needed.Add 1/2 cup nonfat instant milk to water to make 1 .5 cups waterAdd 1 package of instant mashed potato-I used herb and butterYUM....easy for a potato soup. Add cheese, chives...whatever you like. this is done in under 10 minutes!!!
Directions
Use one sauce pot...not too big...not too small. :)

    do you start with 1.5 cups of broth? If I'm not using single packages of potatoes, do I use the instructions for 1 serving on a regular box of instant potatoes? This sounds so easy! - 10/17/08
