Buffalo Chicken Wrap

2 tbl hot pepper sauce2 tbl white vinegar1/4 tsp cayenne1 lb. boneless chicken breast2 tbl nonfat mayo2 tbl fat free sour cream1/4 cp reduced fat blue cheesepepper to taste1 cp shredded lettuce1 cp sliced celery1 large tomato, diced4 large tortillas (I use low carb/high fiber. Recipe is determined using 80 calorie wraps.)
Put chicken on outdoor grill or indoor George Foreman (or similar) grill and cook until juices run clear.
While that's cooking, whisk hot sauce, cayenne and 2 tbl vinegar in a bowl. When chicken is done, slice it into strips and put into the hot pepper mixture. Toss to coat.
Combine mayo, sour cream, pepper and 1 tbl vinegar in a small bowl. (I use a liquid measuring cup.) Add cheese and stir.
Lay tortillas on plates or flat surface. Assemble, dividing ingredients between all tortillas. Roll into a wrap sandwich.
Makes 4 wraps.
