Low Fat Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

1 yellow cake mix (whole box)1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice2 tsp ground cinnamon1 15oz can of pumpkin puree (like Libby's 100% pure)1/2 cup water
Heat oven to 350.
Pour cake mix into mixing bowl. Mix in the pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon until combined.
Add the canned pumpkin and the water. Mix with electric mixer on low for 30 seconds then on medium speed for 2 minutes. Batter will be thick.
Scoop into 24 paper-lined cupcake molds and bake for about 17 minutes until a toothpick in the middle comes out clean.
Makes 24 cupcakes.
