Ingredients
Pasta, cooked, 80 grams Atlantic Salmon (fish), 50 grams Olive Oil, 2 1tsp Sour Cream, 1 tbsp [light version are available on the market]PepperWalnut
Directions
Cut the salmon in small pieces and cook the salmon in the olive oil at very low fire [add some garlic or onion to oil before if you like]. Cook the pasta [not log type like spaghetti - the best pasta to use is 'farfalle' or 'fusill'] and add it at the salmon and cook for 1 minute. Then add the sour cream. Add some walnut and pepper. Serve ... mmmhhh so delicate and delicious!
