Black bean and Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
Whole wheat tortillas1 large frozen chicken breastWhite onionEnchilada sauce cannedCilantroRefried black beansThick-N-Chunky salsaLow sodium chicken brothGarlic
Directions
Saute the chicken in chicken broth and add a couple dashes of liquid smoke . Once chicken was almost done add onions and garlic and cook till done. Spread black beans on tortillas and add salsa. Shred chicken and add to tortilla. Roll and place in dish, pour enchilada sauce over top and heat for about 15 minutes till warm in 350 oven.
