Hash Browns frozen raw, 3 cups Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 cup, diced Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, diced Cheddar Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 12 fl oz 4 large Eggs or liquid (Egg Beaters), =1 cup Salt, 1/4 tsp Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
Serves 6
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a 2-quart square baking dish with cooking spray. Add hash brown potatoes to bottom of dish. Sprinkle with ham, cheese and onion. Mix eggs beaters, milk, salt and pepper and pour over mixture in dish. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, uncovered at 350, Allow to set for 5 minutes then divide into 6 servings.
