Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients
1/2 c. thawed frozen egg product (I substitute 4 egg whites and 2 Tbsp. dry milk.)1/4 c. fat free milk7 oz. spaghetti (I used Ronsoni Smart Taste)4 tsp. margarine (optional, I left this out)1/2 c. parmesan cheese1/4 c. cooked bacon pieces (I used Hormel's Real Crumbled Bacon)coarsely ground pepper
Directions
Mix egg whites, dry milk and milk in a bowl. Set aside.

Cook Spaghetti according to directions, ommitting salt and oil. Drain well.

Return pasta to pan on stove and immediately pour egg mixture over. Add margarine (optional.) Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens and coats pasta (approx. 3 min.)

Add parmesan and bacon. Toss until combined. Sprinkle pepper. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
