Chicken Stuffed Mushroom

* Mushrooms, fresh, 12 medium (stems removed and chopped finely) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/4 cup * Lemon juice, 2 tsp *Onion powder, 1 tsp * Garlic powder, pinch * Pepper, black, a pinch * Butter, salted, 2 tbsp * Cream Cheese, 3 oz (Whipped) * Basil, 1/4 tbsp * Paprika, .1/4 tsp * Chicken Breast, 2/3 cup cooked and finely chopped
Melt butter in sauce pan and add finely chopped mushrooms and stir in for 5 minute. Add basil, cooked chicken, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Cook and additional 5 minutes remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, then add cream cheese and fold in. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Place mushroom caps smooth side on greased cooking sheet. Fill mushroom caps with prepared mixture. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until heat through out. Remove and garnish with Paprika.
