I usually make this with the leftovers from pork roast. You can make with pork chops too.6 tbsp of olive oil1.5 cups of flour16 oz cubed pork cooked1 container of bueno chopped green chile frozen 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies (Sfwy Brand),
Approx. 16 - 1 cup servings
Brown flower in olive oil until it is a rich deep brown.
Add Water to desired thickness and stir.
Add pork green chile's, tomatoes and garlic.
Salt to taste
Simmer for approx 30 mins.
Serve over burrito's, eggs, or just about anything.
