Beef and Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
3/4 pound ground beef, lean1 can cream of celery soup, 98% fat free1 can cream of mushroom soup, 98% fat free1 cup carrots1/2 box frozen spinach1 oz. Mexican Four Cheese Blend1/4 c. onion1/4 box whole wheat lasagna noodles3 tsp. garlic powder3 tsp. Italian seasoning2 tsp. savory
Directions
Brown ground beef in skillet. Add onions during last two minutes. Drain. Break whole wheat lasagna noodles and boil until soft. Drain. Add beef and onion to the noodles. Meanwhile, carrots and spinach should be boiling until carrots are soft. When soft, add to the beef and noodles. Stir in both cans of soup, garlic, and seasonings. Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes in 375º oven.
