Apple Ginger Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients
1 box Fiber One Apple Cinnamon Premium Muffin Mix1/4 C. liquid egg whites12 oz. can diet ginger ale
Directions
Combine muffin mix, egg whites & ginger ale in a large bowl. Pour into a 9 x 13 cake pan lightly coated with cooking spray and bake for approximately 27 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan and cool completely. Cut into 24 servings. Each serving can be topped with 2 Tblsp. Cool Whip Free ( 0g fat and 15 calories to each serving).
