Cindy's Potatoe Soup

3 Medium Potatoes, diced1.5 Cups, Carrots, diced1 Large Celery stalk, diced1/2 Cup, onion, diced2 Cups spinach, sliced5 Sprigs, Parsley, chopped1 tsp. Celery Seed5 Cups, chicken broth, you can make your own, i use the Better than Boullion brand.S & P, to taste
Place chicken broth in sauce pan, on medium heat for a slow roll.
Cut up all vegetables and place in pan with chicken broth at the same time.
S&P to taste and sprinkle some celery seed into the pan.
Let simmer on a slow roll, uncovered, for about 30-35 minutes until vegetables are tender.
This recipe makes 4 servings @ 1 3/4 cups per serving. You can add more broth if you like, the calories for broth are pretty low.
