Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
3 C. Sugar3 1/2 C. Flour1 C. Applesauce1 C. Water1 t. Salt1 t. Baking Powder2 t. Baking Soda1 t. Cinnamon1 t. Allspice1 t. Cloves1 t. Nutmeg1 can pumpkin1/2 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
Directions
In large bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Add applesause, water, and pumpkin. Stir well.

Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.

Cook for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Then cook at 25 degrees for 30 minutes.

Be careful not to overcook.

Makes two loaves, with each loaf producing 12 servings each.
