Gina's Oatmeal Pancakes

1/2 cup old fashioned quaker oatmeal1/4 cup lowfat lactaid cottage cheese1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon1 tsp. vanilla extract3/4 cup All Whites liquid egg whitesBlenderOptional:I can't believe it's not butter sprayCary's sugar free maple syrupFavortie Fruit
Directions
Process together all of the ingredients in a blender and then spray pan with nonstick spray. Cooking pancakes evenly on both sides. Top with I can't believe it's not butter spray, sugar free maple syrup and your favorite fruit. Entire recipe serves 1.
