Biscuit, plain or buttermilk, 8 biscuit (2-1/4" dia) Asian Pears, 2 fruit 2-1/4" high x 2-1/2" dia Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil margarine and 40% butter, .25 cup *Flour, white, .25 cup Vanilla Extract, .5 tbsp Egg, fresh, 2 large Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
Preheat oven to 350 press out biscuit into 8 small dishes. Peel and cube pears, place pears in each dish and in medium bowl mix butter, sugar together until smooth add eggs flour and vanilla and pour over each dish. Bake for about 1 hour until pears are soft and custard is set in the center.
