SlowCooker Apricot & Beef Ragout

1 lb beef round steak, cut into bite-sized cubes2/3 cup apricot nectar1 cup medium thick and chunky salsa1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/2 cup chopped dried apricots1/2 cup sliced green onion2 Tbs water1 Tbs flour4 Tbs cilantro
1. Place the meat, salsa, pumpkin pie spice, and salsa in the slowcooker and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
2. Turn the slowcooker to HIGH. Add apricots and green onions. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Stir water and flour together until smooth. Add to stew and stir well to combine. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until thickened.
4. Serve over rice and garnish with cilantro.
