Asian Beef and Noodle Toss

1 lb of Beef Sirloin Tips2 pkg Oriental-flavor Ramen Noodles(3 oz pkg)2 cups of water1 pkg Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables
Slice meat into small pieces, In large nonstick skillet, brown the meat. Remove with slotted spoon; Pour off drippings. Season meat with one of the seasoning packets from the noodles, set aside.
In the same skillet, combine water, vegetables, noodles (broken into several pieces) and remaining seasonig packet. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover, simmer 3 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Return beef to skillet; heat through & serve.
