Smith's Pecan Pancakes

Ingredients
1 Egg Replacer1 cup Almond Vanilla Milk2 tbsp Canola Oil1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour1 tbsp Raw Sugar1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Directions
Mix Egg Replacer according to package instructions, set it aside. Mix Flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt til well blended. Make a well in the center. Add milk, egg replacer and oil in center. Blend/Stir til smooth. Add pecans to batter and mix.
Cook on griddle or pan. Makes 10- 4 inch pancakes.
