8 slices of raisin bread2 med. bananas1 cup milk4 oz. cream cheese3 eggs1/3 cup sugar3 Tbls. flour2 tsp. vanillapowdered sugar (optional)
Place four slices of raisin bread ina single layer in a buttered 9 inch square baking dish.
Top with bananas and four slices of raisin bread.
Blend milk, cream cheese, eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
Pour over raisin bread.
Let stand 5 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
Bake 40-45 min. (50-55 min. if refrigerated) in a preheated oven set at 350 degrees.
Let stand 10 min.
Dust with powdered sugar if desired
