Roasted Mexican Crockpot Chili

Ingredients
1 can of pinto beans, drained and rinsed1 large can of great northern beans (about 5-6 cups), drained and rinsed2 packages of Morningstar Farms Burger Crumbles2 cans of Fired Roasted Tomatoes, chopped1/4 cup of chopped roasted garlic2 bay leaves1 vegetable bouillon cube1 cup of water2 Tbsp. Mexican Chili Powder, plus more to tasteAdobo to taste1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in the crockpot. Stir to combine.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours or cook on high for 4-5 hours. Season to taste.
