Veggie Scramble

Ingredients
2 eggs1 TB chopped onion1/2 bell pepper, diced2 spears asparagus, sliced salt, pepperfresh tarragon (optional)
Directions
Saute the onions, bell peppers and asparaagus until they begin to soften.

Beat the eggs in a blender until frothy.

Add eggs to veggie mixture and cook.

Add salt, pepper, tarragon to taste
