Ingredients
baby spinach enough to cover the sandwichbutter for grilling 4 oz of ham sliced thin1 slice of pre sliced havarti cheese2 slices of panini style bread
Directions
Put spinach, cheese, and ham between 2 pieces of buttered bread with buttered sides out. Grill both sides at once if possible. Cheese should be melted and preferably oozing out the sides and bread should be toasted golden. Shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes to cook even if you do both sides separate.
