Easy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
3-4 Boneless Chicken Breasts1 can cream of chicken soup1\4 cup of flour1\4 cup of butter or margarine2 cups of milk (whole or 2%)1 - 1 1\2 Tubes of Ritz Crackers
Directions
Boil chicken until done, and discard broth. Cut chicken up into small pieces.

In a medium saucepan combine milk, flour, and butter. Cook over medium heat until thick. Set aside momentarily.

In large casserole baking dish, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk and flour mixture, salt, pepper, and half of ritz crackers.
Sprinkle the rest of the crackers on the top of casserole.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
