Honey Glazed Chicken Breast

Ingredients
1 boneless skinless chicken breast (fillet in 2 pieces) 1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper1 lare egg yolk2 Tbsp. Country Crock churn style margerine1 Tbsp. Honey
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 325* F

mix dry ingredients and rub on chicken breasts
Melt Margerine, add honey and egg yolk

baste chicken with margerine mix, place in glass baking dish sprayed with cooking spray

Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear basting a few times during cooking
