Easy Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
-Sweet potato or yams, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 5 large -Maple Syrup, 3 tbsp -Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 2.5 tbsps.-Salt, 1 dash -Brown Sugar, 5 tsp packed -Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
Directions
Pre-heat Oven to 350

Bake potatoes or yams for 45 min or until soft

Peel Skin off potatoes while still hot. In a medium bowl, mash potatoes together with country crock until smooth. Add all other ingredients until fully mixed together. Serve hot and enjoy!
