Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 cup water Pinch of salt 1/3 cup quick oats 1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 2 packets sugar substitute (such as Splenda) 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted Pinch of ground nutmeg Pinch of ground cloves
Directions
Bring water to a boil. Add salt and oatmeal. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Turn stove heat to low and stir in pumpkin mixture. Spice to taste, then serve immediately.
