Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Bag of romaine lettuce mix w/ carrots1lb chicken tenders cut in bite size pieces1tbsp olive oil2tbsp buttersalt and pepper1/4c hot sauce
Directions
Heat skillet over medium heat add oil and butter to hot pan. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 - 3 mins until browned. Add hot sauce and reduce heat to simmer, cooking 5 mins more. Divide salad into bowls and top with chicken. Use a light ranch or bleu cheese dressing to finish it off! Enjoy!
