Light Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 c. Lite Soy Sauce2 Tbs. Sherry2 Tbs. Green Onions, finely chopped1 Tbs. Garlic, finely chopped1-1/2 tsp. Equal or non-calorie sweetener1 tsp. Fresh Ginger, finely chopped, OR 1/2 tsp. Powdered Ginger
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients listed. Bring to a rolling boil for two to three minutes. This will remove the alcohol.
If you don't care about removing the alcohol, you may skip this step.
Remove from burner and let sit for at least one hour. You may chill, if desired.
This makes a delicious, low calorie sauce.
