Ingredients
Eight cups of waterWylers Sodium Free Chicken Bolliun Stock eight teaspoons2 chicken breasts no bone/skin boiledWhole Wheat Rotini - 2 cups1 can sliced carrots
Directions
Boil chicken breast to remove any fat & dice
In clean pan:
Mix 8 cups of water & bullion stock bring to boil, add chicken and carrots cook on Med for 20 minutes
Add Rotini 12 minutes prior to eating
For softer rotini cook an extra 3 minutes

makes 3 servings of about 11/2 cups
