Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
3 pieces Boneless,skinless chicken breast1 tbls Olive Oil2 cups whole mushrooms (slice)1 cup onions (thinly Sliced)2 cans tomatoes (crushed)3 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)1 cup red wine
Directions
1) Brown chicken in skiller w/ olive oil over med heat, cut chicken into chunks, place in Slow cooker
2) Add Mushrooms and onions to skillet, cook for about 4 minutes, add garlicand saute for about 2-3 minutes or until mushrooms release juice and onions are translucent
3) pour red wine into skilletand scrape any browned bits on the bottom w/ wooden spoon. Cook stirring occasionally until wine is slightly reduced (2-3 Minutes)
4) Stir in tomatoes bring to a simmer
5) Pour mixture over chicken in slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 4 hours
