Hearty Crockpot Vegetable Stew

Ingredients
1 turnip, peeled and chopped3 red potatoes, chopped1/2 white onion, cut into large chunks4 cups chopped carrots1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped1 Tbsp. minced garlic6 cups vegetable broth2-3 springs rosemary4 Tbsp. whole wheat floursalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a crockpot. Sprinkle the flour in between additions of ingredients to avoid clumping.

Set the crockpot on low and cook for 8-12 hours.

Season to taste.
