Spicy Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
4 bell peppers, any color1 pound ground turkey1 jar medium salsa1 cup cherry tomatoes1 can sweet yellow corn
Directions
Brown 1 pound of ground turkey. Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters. Add corn and tomatoes to ground turkey after fully browned. Add 1 jar medium salsa for an extra kick! Cut tops of bell peppers and stuff mixture into peppers. Place in medium glass baking dish and cover with foil. Bake on 425 for 20-30 minutes, or until peppers are tender. Serve and enjoy! Makes 4 servings.
