Salmon patties with horseradish dill sauce

Ingredients
Patties8 oz Cooked salmon fillets crumbled2/3 cup bread crumbs1 tsp dill weed2 tsp fat free milk1 egg substitute1/4 tsp sea saltpepper to taste1 pinch dried onion flakesSauce1/2 cup fat free sour cream2 tbsp horseradish 1 tbsp dill1 tsp splendasalt and pepper to tastea squeeze of lemon
Directions
Combine the patty ingrediants in a bowl. form into 4 patties aprox. 1/4 cup for each


In a skillet heat spray with non stick spray
and cook patties till done.

While cooking combine sauce ingrediants in another bowl. 2 patties per person
