Oatmeal raisin nut granola

1.75 c rolled oats2 c Total cereal, slightly crushed1.25 c raisins3 T smart balance light.25 c mollasses2 t vanilla extract.5 c chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 300 and immediately bake oats and walnuts on a cookie sheet while the oven is preheating. Leave them there for 20 min. After baking, add raisins and Total, and pour into lg bowl.
In saucepan, heat smart balance and molasses over medium heat, bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract, stir til dissolved. Pour into bowl of oat mixture and stir to coat.
Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick and pour mixture onto sheet, spread evenly. Cook for about 30 min til darkened, stirring occassionally.
