lemon garlic baked chicken breast

Ingredients
1/4 cup whole grain flour2 tbsp chicken broth (I use low sodium type)1 oz of lemon juice1 tsp of minced garlicdash of slat & peppersprinkle of garlic powder 3 chicken breast boneles ( I use perdue perfect potions)
Directions
dust chicken breast in flour mixture of flour salt and pepper
mix galrlic lemon juice and chicken broth

place chicken breast in baking dish sprayed with pam or other spray pour garlic lemon juice chicken broth mixture over breast sprinkle with garlic powder bake 350 for 40 to 50 minutes until done

    This was super easy to make and very healthy. I added some more spices (salt, pepper, thyme) so it wouldn't be so bland. Next time I think I will double the lemon juice. - 10/1/13
