Low-Fat Bread Pudding

Ingredients
2 c. Skim Milk1/2 c. Egg Beaters egg substitute10 tsp. sugar substitute of your choice1/4 tsp. salt4 slices raisin bread cubes (old)2 tsp. Butter or Margarine
Directions
Combine milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a 2 quart microwave safe casserole dish. Beat with mixer
Stir in bread cubes, dot with butter
Microwave 26 to 28 minutes on Medium (simmer) or until almost set in center.
Let stand 5 minutes, to serve cut into 4 pieces.
