Ingredients
1-2 medium Red ripe tomatoes1 tbsp Olive Oli3 leaves of Basil, dry or fresh1 tea spoon of garlic paste, or garlic salt as desire, or 1 garlic clove mashedSalt and pepper
Directions
Slice the tomatoes and lie them down in a flat pan. spread the garlic paste, mashed garlic or spring the garlic salt, Sping the olive oil, salt is if you're not using garlic salt, and pepper as much as you usually like. Break the basil leaves in little pieces and spring them over the seasoned tomatoes.

Take to the oven at low-medium heat for 20 minutes of until they get soft. Check salt an flavors at 15th minute.
