Malaysian Chicken Curry

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 9 ounces Chili powder, .25 tbsp Curry powder, 2 tbsp Paprika, .5 tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves Onion 1 choppedOlive Oil, 2 tbsp Fresh chopped cilantro .5 cupCoconut Milk, 1 cup Water, tap, .5 cup
Directions
Heat oil in pot and fry onion and garlic for 1 minute. Then add chicken and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Add all of the spices. Stir everything together for a few minutes. Let cook until chicken is tender. Add the rest of the ingredients( 1 tomato chopped and potato cut into chunks are nice additions but aren't included in calories here). Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve with steamed rice.
