Ingredients
2 cups flour1 cup old fashioned oats1/2 cup hulled millet2 tsp baking soda1tsp salt1/2 tsp nutmeg1 tsp cinnamon1 cup Splenda4 eggs1 15oz can ED Smith Pumpkin Pie Filling1 cup apple sauce1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
Directions
Mix dry ingredients well in bowl. In separate bowl mix wet ingredients. Add dry to wet mixing until just combined. Stir in pumpkin seeds.
Evenly distribute between 21 greased muffin tins.
Cook for 30 mins at 350
