Unstuffed Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1 TBS. Oilive Oil1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef1 large Onion chopped2 cups beef broth28 oz. can diced tomatoes & juice2 cupV8 juice1 can Cream of Tomato Soup1 tsp/ Worchestershire Sauce1/2 - 2/3 cups uncooked rice1 small head cabbage shredded 5-6 cups1 tsp. seasoned salt1/8 tsp. ground black pepper.
Directions
Heat oil , add ground beef and onion and cook until browned. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook until rice is done and cabbage is tender, about 25-30 minutes. Can be made day ahead, flavor improver.
I use fresh or frozen tomatoes, add tabasco sauce, regular tomato soup, 2 tsp minimum Worcestershire sauce, and instant rice.

Makes 6 large servings 2 1/2 -3 cups each
