* Butter, salted, 2 tbsp * Milk, 2%, 1 cup * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Salt, 1 tbsp * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1.25 cup * Flour, white, 0.50 cup * Egg white, 2 serving * Splenda, 9 tsp

Melt butter, Mix all ingredients together, pour into individual (1cup) custard cups filing half way up. Place them in a deep casserole dish and fill it with water half way up.
bake at 350 for 15min (?) Till knife inserted comes out clean. Like for any egg type custard.
