Ingredients
ChorizoBell PepperOnionGarlicEgg Beaters (or the real deal)Olive oil
Directions
Brown the chorizo separately and set aside. Saute onions, garlic and bell pepper. When the onions are soft, add eggs or egg substitute and scramble to your satisfaction. Mix in chorizo and plate. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
