Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
* 250 g whole wheat flour * 3 tsp baking powder * 2 tsp cardamom * 1 tsp nutmeg * 2 tsp cinnamon * 1 tbsp olive oil * 300 g mashed pumpkin * 200 g applesauce * 40 g raisins * 60 g chopped walnuts * 30 ml water
Directions
Combine flour, baking powder, and spices in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, stir together applesauce and olive oil. Add pumpkin. Stir flour mixture into apple/pumpkin mixture mixture. Add a little water until desired consistency. Lastly add raisins and chopped walnuts.
Pour batter into a sprayed loaf pan and bake at 175 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
