Sweet & sauerkraut salad

Ingredients
3/4 cup splenda1/4 cup Oil 1/2 cup cider vinegar 2 cans sauerkraut rinsed and drained 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 2oz. jar chopped pimiento drained 1 tsp mustard seed 1 tsp celery seed
Directions
In large bowl, combine sugar, oil and vinegar. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover refrigerate 24 hours to blend flavors. Stir several times during the 24 hours. ( I usually put it in a bowl with a tight fitting lid. A couple times a day I just shake the bowl to mix the ingredients.)
10 (1/2 cup) servings
Tip: Salad can be stored in refrigerator, in a tightly covered container for up to 10 days.
