grilled harvest chicken

Ingredients
Chicken breast .5 bone and skin removed .Apples( sweet or tart depending on taste) fresh 2 c. slicedSour cream reduced fat 1 c.cinnamon to tastesplenda to taste
Directions
Pound chicken breast until 1/4" thick
layer apple slices on chicken
Mix sour cream with cinnamon and splenda
add 1/2 of this mixture to apples and chicken.
roll chicken and secure with tooth picks. when grill is hot place on top rack and grill until done.
spoon on remainder of sour cream mixture when serving. Serves 2
