BBQ Roasted Tempeh and Vegetables

Kraft Light BBQ Sauce - 1/2 cup1 medium yellow squash1 medium bell pepper1 medium onion1 8oz package tempeh
1. Preheat Oven to 425 degrees.
2. Cut vegetables and tempeh into thick strips.
3. Toss vegetables and tempeh with BBQ sauce.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, toss ingredients, bake another 10-15 minutes.
I eat this with a really simple salad. If you are just one person (as I am), it is great to have one day, and take as leftovers the next!
