Lemon Icebox Pie

Ingredients
1-8 oz tub Sugar Free Cool Whip thawed1-8oz package Cream Cheese softened1 box Jello brand Sugar Free Instant Lemon PuddingOR1 box Jello brand Sugar Free Instant Vanilla pudding and 1 tub of Crystal Light Lemonade1 cup Lactaid 2% MilkCrust:1 cup finely chopped walnuts1 cup finely crushed Archway or Murray Sugar Free Shortbread cookies4 Tbsp melted Unsalted Butter
Directions
Mix all crust ingredients together and place in 9 or 10" pie plate. Bake in a 425 degree oven until golden brown. Remove and let cool thoroughly.

Mix all filling ingreidents together saving the Cool Whip for last. Mix Cool Whip by folding it in gently. Pour filling mixture into COOLED crust and place in freezer at least 6 hours before serving. Once frozen you can garnish the top of pie with fruit or nuts of your choosing. When ready to serve, let pie sit out in room temp for approx 30 mins before cutting.
