Ingredients
EAS Premium Protein, 35 grams (approx. 4 tbsp)*Lactaid Fat Free Milk, 1 cup Instant Coffee Powder, 1 tsp Benefiber, 2 tsp **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend.

You can also add berries, banana, coconut, and other fruits. And/or you can add fat free/sugar free coffee flavors. The additions might change the nutritional values so make sure to add your additions on the nutrition tracker.
